Kia ora! I’m Kristina, I’ve been working in education recruitment for over ten years now. I’ve had the privilege of supporting schools across every corner of the education sector: early childhood, special education, primary and secondary, international schools, Principal recruitment, and even roles within education-related government departments.

I pride myself on understanding the unique needs of each school and educator, and I always aim to be a trusted advisor. Building strong, solution-focused relationships is at the heart of how I work I’m here to find the right fit, not just fill a vacancy.
