Kia ora! I’m Laura, and I joined Prospero Teaching in October 2024 as the Recruitment Consultant for Early Childhood Education (ECE).

I work closely with our amazing pool of relief teachers, helping centres across Aotearoa find the right support—whether it's last-minute cover for the day or a longer-term booking. I also onboard new teachers, both qualified and unqualified, for relief roles as well as exciting permanent opportunities.
