Ashley Bayley

Kia ora! I’m Ashley, and I’ve been with Prospero Teaching since 2020. I currently work as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Compliance Lead.

I have the pleasure of supporting unqualified teachers, teachers-in-training, and experienced educators across early childhood, primary, and special education. I also work closely with universities and organisations that help teachers grow and thrive in their careers.

My background is in Early Childhood Education, with a specialisation in infant and toddler learning and well-being. I’ve spent several years working in the ECE sector, and I bring that hands-on experience along with my recruitment knowledge into everything I do.
