As a homeroom teacher, you’ll guide students through their educational journey by: - Crafting engaging learning plans
- Creating meaningful and enjoyable experiences
- Building student knowledge, confidence, and skills
Strong literacy and numeracy knowledge is essential, as you’ll work to meet national standards while also supporting each student’s holistic growth and development. Positions: Primary or Intermediate Teacher (tell us your preferences)
Start Date: Term 1 2027
Locations: Auckland
Key Responsibilities - Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the NZ curriculum
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture
- Use technology to enhance teaching and learning
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development and team meetings
Eligibility Requirements - Teaching qualification at Level 7 or above (Primary or Secondary)
- Current NZ Teacher Registration (or application in progress)
- Recent classroom teaching experience (new graduates and experienced teachers welcome)
- Options available for NZ Citizens/ Residents, Working Holiday Visa Holders and those that need Accredited employers
