We’re working with a rural school in Otago that is looking for a passionate and adaptable Primary Teacher to join their team as soon as possible on a fixed-term basis for two terms.
The role is primarily focused on a Year 0/1 class, with the opportunity to work across Years 1–8 in the afternoons if required. This would suit a teacher who enjoys variety, building strong relationships with students, and being part of a close-knit school environment.

Primarily teaching a Year 0/1 class

What we’re looking for:
Qualified and registered primary teacher
Strong experience teaching within the New Zealand Curriculum is essential
Experience across multiple primary year levels would be advantageous
Adaptable, enthusiastic and relationship-focused
Someone who is comfortable working in a rural school environment
Important: At this stage, the school does not hold the required accreditation to sponsor overseas teachers, so we are unable to consider candidates who require sponsorship.
