Our clients well-established early learning centre in South Auckland is seeking a qualified and motivated Kaiako for their busy toddler room with potential for progression to leadership. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive leadership team and work alongside a dedicated group of educators.

About the Role
As a Kaiako, you will:
Work alongside a team of five dedicated teachers
Support the delivery of high-quality learning experiences
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Create an engaging environment where toddlers can thrive
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
A recognised ECE qualification and current practising certificate
Previous leadership experience within an early childhood setting
A strong understanding of Te Whāriki and assessment for learning
A genuine commitment to providing exceptional outcomes for tamariki
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
