We are excited to be recruiting a trained and registered Early Childhood Teacher to join our client’s brand‑new Montessori early learning centre in Northland.
This beautiful new centre will operate with small licensing, allowing teachers to build strong, meaningful relationships with children and families while delivering high‑quality, intentional practice. Inspired by the Montessori philosophy, the environment is calm, respectful, child‑led, and thoughtfully prepared to support independence and curiosity.
Our client’s centres are guided by core Montessori principles — respect for the child, thoughtfully prepared environments, mixed‑age learning, and fostering independence, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning. Teachers are valued as reflective practitioners and supported to grow in their professional journey.
This role will be working with the over‑2s age group in a nurturing and collaborative team.
