Long-Term Relief Teacher – Years 3–4 or Years 5–6

Location:
Flatbush area, Auckland

Start:
Term Three 2026 (with flexibility of a couple of weeks start) - 5 days a week

Finish: 
End of Term 4 2026

 

Your role:
We are seeking a passionate and committed Kaiako for a long-term relief position in either Years 3–4 or Years 5–6 (what's your preference!?). You will deliver engaging, inclusive learning experiences, build strong relationships with ākonga and whānau, and contribute positively to a collaborative teaching team. To be successful, we are looking for teachers with:

• A Level 7 Education Qualification in Primary/Secondary and/or NZQA-approved qualifications
• Must have experience in a primary, intermediate or secondary classroom
• Current NZ Teachers Registration (or in process)

Salary & Benefits:

• Remuneration based on the Primary Teachers’ Collective Agreement (PTCA)
• Salary range: $65,685 – $105,663, depending on experience and qualifications
