Head Teacher - Under 2's

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, privately owned early learning centre that has been supporting children and families for over 50 years. Licensed for 48 children aged 3 months to 5 years, the centre is known for its warm, community-focused approach and commitment to high-quality care and education. Located in Central Auckland.

As the Team Leader of the Under 2s room, you'll work alongside two other kaiako, leading a team that provides nurturing, responsive care and learning experiences for up to 12 infants and toddlers. This role is ideal for a confident leader who values strong relationships, collaboration, and excellence in early childhood education.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds current New Zealand ECE teacher registration.
• Has a genuine passion for working with children under two.
• Brings leadership experience within a New Zealand ECE setting.
• Is confident leading, mentoring, and supporting a team.
• Builds positive, responsive relationships with tamariki, whānau, and colleagues.
• Is organised, reflective, and committed to high-quality teaching and care.
