About the Role
As Assistant Head of Health & Physical Education, you will:
Support the leadership and ongoing development of the Health & Physical Education learning area.
Deliver engaging, student-centred programmes that promote wellbeing, participation and achievement.
Foster a collaborative team culture focused on continuous improvement.
Support curriculum planning, assessment and innovative teaching practices.
Contribute to the wider life of the school through co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
About You
The successful applicant will:
Be a passionate and experienced Health & Physical Education teacher.
Demonstrate strong leadership capability or be ready to step into a middle leadership position.
Be student-centred with a growth mindset and a commitment to building meaningful relationships.
Embrace innovative and future-focused teaching practices.
Be committed to supporting the holistic development of young people both academically and personally.
