What is the Arrowsmith Programme? The Arrowsmith programme is a way in which teachers utilise various tools and techniques to support the cognitive developing of students, especially those with cognitive learning needs. Mixed with the NZ curriculum, you will be utilising these strategies to support and shape the way students develop their cognitive skills.

Strong in literacy and numeracy curriculum knowledge
Experienced in catering to individual learning needs

Motivated, caring, and adaptable
Experience using the Arrowsmith programme in an educational setting (advantageous)
To be successful, you will need
A Level 7 Education Qualification in Primary/Secondary and/or NZQA-approved credentials
Proven experience in a classroom (school) environment working with diverse learners
Current NZ Teachers Registration (or in process)
Available to start Term 1 2026 (flexible for the right candidate)
