Are you passionate about nurturing tamariki and committed to delivering high-quality early childhood education? Our small, supportive centre is seeking a qualified and registered or provisionally registered Kaiako to join our close-knit team.
About the Role
As a valued member of our team, you’ll foster a collaborative environment where every child’s learning journey is respected and supported at their own pace. We embrace the principles of Te Whāriki and encourage child-led learning that honours each tamariki’s unique development.
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week
What We’re Looking For
Full or provisional teacher certification
First aid certification is preferred but not essential
A genuine child-centred teaching philosophy
Strong communication skills
A commitment to building and maintaining positive relationships with whānau and colleagues
