Prospero Teaching are working with client schools across Auckland for CRT cover for casual day to day relief + teacher release.
Your role: As a casual reliever with Prospero Teaching, you'll have the opportunity to work across a range of year levels, from new entrants through to Year 8 intermediate students. You'll be able to take on a variety of assignments, from day-to-day relief to longer block bookings, depending on the needs of our client schools. In this role, you’ll step in for the regular classroom teacher, ensuring planned lessons are delivered effectively, students remain engaged and supported, and the overall quality of education and student well-being is maintained throughout your time in the classroom.

Flexibility & adaptable
Strong classroom management
Curriculum knowledge and ability to deliver this to a variety of age groups
A love for teaching and an ability to provide an inclusive learning environment that supports diversity and culture
Able to support the current classroom lesson plan & able to also take the lead in crafting a lesson plan when required
To be successful, we are looking for teachers with:
A Level 7 Education Qualification in Primary/Secondary and/or NZQA-approved qualifications
Must have experience in a primary and/or intermediate classroom
Current NZ Teachers Registration
Must have NZ working rights
